Pero en en la pr&amp;aacute;ctica esposible conseguir buenos descuentos en las concesionarias de Ford, loque acaba dejando a los dos con valores a&amp;uacute;n m&amp;aacute;s parecidos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bastauna vuelta a la manzana al volante del Fiesta para notar susuperioridad en relaci&amp;oacute;n al Agile: desde la posici&amp;oacute;n de manejo hastalos engranes cortos y precisos del cambio y la energ&amp;iacute;a del motor,pasando por la suspensi&amp;oacute;n acertada y la ergonom&amp;iacute;a. El Ford transmitem&amp;aacute;s precisi&amp;oacute;n y consigue ser un poco m&amp;aacute;s &amp;aacute;gil que el Chevrolet en elmanejo cotidiano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Empujado por el motor 1.6 de 98 caballos y 142Nm de torque, el Fiesta acelera mejor que el Agile equipado con el buenmotor 1.4 de 92 caballos. El Ford tambi&amp;eacute;n tiene una mejor relaci&amp;oacute;npeso/potencia. Incluso con llantas m&amp;aacute;s peque&amp;ntilde;as &amp;ndash;tiene de 14 pulgadas,contra 15 del Agile- el Fiesta sale mejor de las curvas, ayudado poruna direcci&amp;oacute;n m&amp;aacute;s comunicativa y por ser ligeramente m&amp;aacute;s bajo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuandoel asunto es la velocidad m&amp;aacute;xima, el Ford tambi&amp;eacute;n queda al frente, con174 km/h contra 160 km/h del auto de GM, seg&amp;uacute;n los n&amp;uacute;meros de losfabricantes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los puntos fuertes del Agile son dos: el nivel deequipamiento de serie y el espacio interior. En Chevrolet sepreocuparon por aumentar la lista de &amp;iacute;tems equipados de serie. Desdelas versiones m&amp;aacute;s b&amp;aacute;sicas, el Agile viene con control de velocidadcrucero, aire acondicionado con display digital, computadora de abordo, luces con el sistema &lt;span style=&quot;font-style: italic;&quot;&gt;&amp;ldquo;follow me home&amp;rdquo;&lt;/span&gt; / &lt;span style=&quot;font-style: italic;&quot;&gt;&amp;ldquo;lead me to the car&amp;rdquo;&lt;/span&gt; y butaca del conductor con regulaci&amp;oacute;n en altura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Peroexisten fallas en la ergonom&amp;iacute;a, como los botones de los levantavidriosdelanteros, que est&amp;aacute;n m&amp;aacute;s escondidos de lo que deber&amp;iacute;an y, en caso detener que utilizar la bocina, tal vez sea tarde despu&amp;eacute;s de descubrirque se acciona por dos peque&amp;ntilde;as teclas ubicadas dentro de los dosprincipales rayos del volante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adem&amp;aacute;s de eso, falta unapoyabrazos m&amp;aacute;s confortable en las puertas y el sistema de audio tienecomandos tan peque&amp;ntilde;os que obliga a desviar la vista del camino paracomandarlo. En el Fiesta, casi todo es anal&amp;oacute;gico, inclusive lainstrumentaci&amp;oacute;n: simple, pero cumple bien con su rol, sobre tododespu&amp;eacute;s de abandonar los peque&amp;ntilde;os indicadores digitales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Con unadistancia entre ejes mayor (2,54 metros contra 2,49 del Ford), elChevrolet lleva una ligera ventaja en el espacio de los ocupantes y surespectivo equipaje (327 litros contra 305 del Fiesta).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entrepr&amp;oacute;s y contras, las cualidades del Chevrolet no fueron suficientes paravencer al Fiesta, que sale con una victoria apretada, pero que deber&amp;aacute;marcar la diferencia despu&amp;eacute;s de recibir los cambios previstos para ela&amp;ntilde;o que viene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entre las novedades se incluye una nueva trompa, siguiendo el patr&amp;oacute;n adoptado por el &lt;a href=&quot;http://argentinaautoblog.blogspot.com/2009/09/con-el-figo-fabricado-en-india-ford.html&quot;&gt;Ford Figo en la India&lt;/a&gt;, y un interior renovado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Viaj&amp;eacute;m&amp;aacute;s de 300 kil&amp;oacute;metros con el Agile y not&amp;eacute; que el auto sufre por laacci&amp;oacute;n de los vientos laterales y -a causa de su gran &amp;aacute;rea frontal-tiene un nivel de ruido por encima de lo ideal a 120 km/h, mostrandouna falta de aislamiento ac&amp;uacute;stico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambi&amp;eacute;n not&amp;eacute; que el motor 1.4exige rebajes en los adelantamientos cuando es preciso tener una mayoragilidad. Y, como consecuencia del buen despeje del suelo, lacarrocer&amp;iacute;a se inclina bastante en las curvas, transmitiendo ciertaincomodidad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A pesar de eso, en General Motors todav&amp;iacute;a tienenbuenas chances de evolucionar en la carrera, que est&amp;aacute; apenascomenzando.
